• Beauty and cosmetic stores
• Pharmacies
• Hair salons
• Online beauty retailers
• Other suitable registered businesses

All applications are subject to approval by Ms Jay Beauty Care.

Approved stockists may receive access to:

• Special stockist/wholesale pricing
• Ms Jay Beauty Care product range
• New product launches
• Product information and education
• Marketing materials where available
• Stockist promotions and special offers
• Ongoing product support

1. Apply

Complete our Stockist Application Form with your business and contact details.

2. Application Review

Our team will review your application to determine whether your business is suitable for our stockist programme.

3. Approval

Successful applicants will receive our current stockist information, including applicable wholesale prices, minimum order requirements and ordering terms.

4. Place Your First Order

Once approved, you can place your first stockist order and begin selling Ms Jay Beauty Care products.

To protect our customers and the Ms Jay Beauty Care brand, approved stockists are expected to:

• Sell genuine Ms Jay Beauty Care products supplied through authorised channels.
• Store products appropriately and maintain them in good condition.
• Follow product-use and storage instructions.
• Avoid making false, misleading or unauthorised medical claims about our products.
• Maintain professional customer-service standards.
• Avoid altering, repackaging or relabelling Ms Jay Beauty Care products without written authorisation.
• Comply with applicable laws and business requirements.

Approval as a stockist does not create a franchise, partnership, agency or employment relationship with Ms Jay Beauty Care.

Approved stockists purchase products at the applicable stockist or wholesale price communicated by Ms Jay Beauty Care.

Recommended retail prices may be provided to help maintain consistent brand positioning.

Wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and promotional arrangements may change from time to time.

Becoming an approved stockist does not automatically provide exclusive rights to a particular town, city, shopping centre or geographic area unless Ms Jay Beauty Care confirms exclusivity in writing.

We may appoint additional stockists within the same area based on customer demand and our distribution strategy.
